One of 2027's Most Mysterious Visual Novels? 64 Endings — A New Game from the DDLC Artist Officially Announced!
At the ongoing TGS2026, many developers unveiled their flagship titles for the year, and meanwhile good news arrived from the English-speaking world —
Serenity Forge announced that Faraday Blues will launch on PS, Xbox, and Steam in 2027, with Simplified Chinese support at launch!
Character design will be handled by Satchely, the artist of DDLC, with a Y2K-leaning retro-futuristic style — brimming with artistry and mystery!

Game Features
The core of Faraday Blues isn't simple branching choices — it uses cards of characters, memories, and items to rewrite causality between the various stories.
Players repeatedly reset and adjust the fates of characters across three interconnected eras, ultimately branching into 64 endings; after meeting hidden conditions, a fourth timeline will open up.

The story itself is quite eerie: a girl named Lina wakes up to find herself facing parents who have no idea she exists. To change this family's tragedy, she has no choice but to reset the board again and again, rearranging their lives.
The game system is the most interesting and most mysterious part of this title — this is not a visual novel in the traditional sense, but a game that uses a tactical card system as a bridge to rewrite the fates of three visual novels.
Characters, memories, items, and more are turned into cards, and these cards are used to rewrite causal relationships between characters and events — such a complex system gives this title as many as 64 endings!

As everyone knows, the greatest guilty pleasure in gaming is being unable to save everyone. Don't expect all 64 endings to end happily — most of the endings are not true "victories."
Want to save everyone with a single timeline? It probably won't be that simple⁓

From what we can see so far, the game shines in its system, art, and character design. In particular, the concept of "rewriting the fates of three visual novels with cards" may well become the game's biggest draw.

Could this title really pull it off? Interested folks can add it to their wishlist first and try out the demo when it goes live!
