Dark-Horse Side Character Finally Becomes the Heroine! An FD for Hatsukoi MasterUp Is Confirmed for Production!

AzarashiSoft recently announced that an FD for Hatsukoi MasterUp will be produced. The heroine is 枢木ハルルカ, the adorable introverted gap-moe side character from the main story.

Another +1 for the "New Folder" — Azarashi, you sure are prolific!

Anyone who has played the main story of Hatsukoi MasterUp surely noticed the character 枢木ハルルカ.

Despite being just a side character, thanks to CV 天季ひより's superb portrayal of her gap moe, she holds her own even compared to the three heroines — truly this work's dark horse.

Speaking of this "newcomer" voice actor who debuted 9 years ago, 天季ひより is not only a regular with AzarashiSoft, but was also recruited by Yuzusoft to the second-position heroine slot in their new work, voicing 隐杏珠 in LimeLight Lemonade Jam ( 杏隐大师) .

Since debuting in 2017, she has gradually risen to prominence with her distinctive voice and moe appeal — her time in the spotlight has only just begun. What works she will bring us next, let's wait and see!

Back to this FD: counting the six-title blitz announced a few days ago spanning six months, this will be AzarashiSoft's seventh title scheduled for release this year.

AzarashiSoft has been on fire since the start of this year — if they can release another full-price new title, it'll truly be a dynasty!
