Cittan*, a galge composer, announced that crowdfunding for the new title 『パーガトリー・ブルー』 (Purgatory Blue) has reached 10.93 million yen, a great success at 156% of its goal.

A demo version is now available, and the game is slated for release in 2026, with an estimated 20-hour playtime built around "near-future × bishoujo × mystery." Wow, 20 hours—going big right out of the gate!

Story Synopsis

Japan, several years from now. Thanks to the successful application of an unknown energy called "キネティック・オーラ(KA)" generated in Tokyo Bay, Japan has grown overnight into the world's number-one energy superpower. Through exporting KA energy, Japan's standing in the international economy has been fully restored.

Set in the smart city "Rinbo," built on Tokyo Bay as an energy hub, ordinary university student Soma Rito will face the truth of this world and confront major choices tied to the fates of the people dear to him and his own—

Around Rito gathers a group of distinctive companions: the troublemaking, bratty, unhinged senior—Soda Haruna—and a teasing, seemingly sadistic mature older coworker... While being constantly put through the wringer and thrown into chaos, Rito secretly enjoys the commotion, living fulfilling days at the heart of cutting-edge technology.

Then one day, Rito unexpectedly reunites with his childhood friend he hasn't seen in ages—Yumeoka An. She is now a member of an internationally acclaimed idol group with immense popularity, but reportedly suspended her activities due to some unexplained concerns.

Even more inexplicably, it seems An's figure is visible only to Rito, while those around him are completely unable to perceive her...?
