Laplacian Announces Novel Version of "白日梦的构想图" Coming in November!

Marking the fifth anniversary of the release of "白日梦的构想图," Laplacian has announced a novelization of the title.

Priced at 780円 (tax excluded), it will be published by スニーカー文庫 and is scheduled for release on November 29, 2025.

Ogino also tweeted that the novelization does not directly reuse the game's text, but was written from scratch, taking the story concept of "白日梦的构想图" as its blueprint and crafted in the form best suited to the novel medium.

Freed from the pure text of the visual novel, the flaws will also stand out more. It remains to be seen whether Ogino can remedy the game version's shortcomings in story pacing and setting and make the novel version "excellent" as well—interested readers may want to keep an eye on this one~
